	the Dunes Sand dunes; the desert is full of them. They’re like mountains that are forever moving with the wind, but they move so gracefully that one simply doesn’t notice them. 	the Flatlands A vast expanse of area that is nothing but flat desert, it is clear to see where the Flatlands earned their name. Palm trees are scarce, as is shade, but if you walk to the West for about half an hour, you’ll come across a small clump of trees that offer a decent amount of shade. However, the scenery around the Flatlands is dull, with nothing but endless sand and bright, azure-blue sky.	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.
	the Abandoned Camp Before the Romans left, they made camps in the desert in a vain attempt to hunt down the Magi. Obviously, they failed, and this camp is one of very few that actually remain. There are badly made attempts at shelter; oilskins tied to trees and rocks that served as tents for the men and now serve as protection from the elements for the horses. Wastelands

Since the death of Cleopatra, the Magi have fled to the desert, hiding wherever they can and passing down their teachings to the next generation so that they can protect the spirits of their pharaohs. Years have passed since the Romans left Egypt and still, there is no sign of the Magi. Instead, the desert has taken on a new, more appropriate name—the Wasteland—and has been given the role of providing a home for the herd that Anubis protects.
